Project Overview:
Musick Studios, a dynamic dance studio situated in Owensboro, Kentucky, defies the ordinary. Since its electrifying debut in 2008, this haven for young talent has set the stage on fire, igniting the passions of over 500 students. As the architect of their digital presence, I had the thrilling task of translating their boundless energy into a website that mirrors their passion and dedication to dance.
My Role:
In this project, I was the maestro behind crafting an electrifying online presence for Musick Studios. From creating a user friendly website to other engaging branding materials, I stoked the flames of their visibility and community engagement. The website acts as a central hub for students, parents, and staff, offering an up-to-date class schedule, convenient registration options, event sign-ups, staff and alumni profiles, and boosts their ticket sales. During the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, we seamlessly transitioned to virtual private classes, ensuring the safety and continuity of the students’ dance education.
Tools and Technologies:
- Website Wizardry: I summoned the magic of WordPress to conjure up a website resulting in a user-friendly, visually appealing, and responsive platform.
- Graphic Fireworks: With Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop as my instruments, I created eye-catching flyers and other promotional materials, reinforcing the studio’s brand and message.
Achievements:
Parents and students have raved about the websites intuitiveness, with features that sync class schedules and events straight to their calendars, delivering a seamless dance experience. The Musick Studios community has found a virtual and electrifying ally in a world full of disruptions.
