In collaboration with the automotive-centric EXTEND Group, the creation of Technician•Academy transcended the boundaries of a mere website project, evolving into a multifaceted platform encompassing a podcast, job board, scholarship board, online classes, and more. Technician•Academy stands as a personalized on-site and online training hub for automotive technicians, fostering collaboration among manufacturers, distributors, and technicians to provide enhanced training opportunities.
Tasked with designing the entire brand identity, including the logo, website, brand materials, booth displays, shirts, and more, I collaborated with the EXTEND Group to bring Technician•Academy to life. The program we developed, still in use today, offers a comprehensive platform for technicians, featuring online classes, a podcast to stay updated in the automotive world, a job board connecting technicians with employers, and a unique program promoting Respect in the industry called “In The Pits.”
